Follow-up visits and initial consultations. Ongoing care, progress reviews, and quick questions that deserve a real appointment rather than a phone tag cycle.

What stays in person — and why

TMS sessions, SPRAVATO® administration, and ketamine treatment happen at our clinic. That's not a policy preference; it's how these treatments responsibly work. SPRAVATO®'s federal safety program requires in-clinic administration with post-dose monitoring, and TMS involves treatment equipment and clinical supervision. The practical upshot for you: telepsychiatry handles the evaluation and planning, and your in-person visits are reserved for treatment itself. Patients traveling from farther out — Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, the mountains — often complete everything except treatment days by video.

How a video visit works

Visits happen over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. There's no app to install and no account to create — you receive a private link, open it in your browser on a phone, tablet, or computer, and your provider joins you. Is telepsychiatry right for you?
